Delete your account and data

You have the right to delete your Fahras account and associated data at any time. Choose the path that fits your situation below.

Delete from inside the app

If you can still sign in to your account.

  1. Sign in with the same phone number or email.
  2. Open the Account page from the dashboard menu.
  3. "Tap "Delete account" and follow the prompts to confirm.

Delete by email

If you have lost access (phone or email changed).

Email us from the address registered to your account requesting deletion, and we will respond within 7 business days.

What we delete

  • Your personal data: name, phone number, email address.
  • Your company profiles (if any) and all related offers, jobs, products.
  • All your inquiry messages and conversations.
  • Your push-notification subscriptions and newsletter signups.
  • All images you uploaded (logo, gallery, product photos).

What we retain

In compliance with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and ZATCA tax requirements, we keep a minimum set of data for legal and accounting purposes:

  • Invoice and payment records for 10 years (tax requirement).
  • Audit and compliance logs (security + fraud prevention).
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics (does not identify you).

Timeline

Visible data is deleted immediately; backups are purged within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
