Four plans. One path to growth.

Common questions

• Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. Every business — verified or not — keeps its public listing on Fahras for free indefinitely. We only charge for the optional growth tools above.

• How does the verification work?

You pay for the plan, then upload a photo of your commercial registration (CR); the VAT certificate and the owner's ID are optional. We review it — usually within minutes, and at most within 48 hours — and then the blue verification badge appears on your profile, or we ask you for clarification if needed. If your documents aren't accepted, we tell you why, and you can upload corrected documents and resubmit without paying again.

• Can I get my subscription fee back?

No. Paid-plan fees are non-refundable once paid, in whole or in part, even if you cancel before the subscription ends — which is why the price and what the plan includes are shown before you pay. The details are in the Terms of service.

• Does my subscription renew automatically?

No. Paid plans are annual subscriptions you pay for once; we don't store your card details and never charge you automatically. We remind you before your subscription ends, and you can renew it manually or let it end — your profile then returns to the free plan and stays listed in the directory.

• Do I get a receipt for my payment?

Yes. You pay the price shown on the payment page, and you receive a receipt for the payment by email when we have your address; it also appears on the Billing page of your dashboard. Payments are processed by Tap Payments; we never store card numbers.

• Who runs Fahras? Is it a government body?

Fahras is a private Saudi platform, not a government body. It is operated by Much Information Technology (CR 7038460742).
