Acceptance
Using any Fahras surface — browsing the directory, creating an account, listing a business, posting a buy request, replying to an offer — means you accept these terms in full. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.
By using Fahras you accept these terms. They cover account responsibilities, what you can and can't publish, how billing works, and how we handle disputes. Read them.

Using any Fahras surface — browsing the directory, creating an account, listing a business, posting a buy request, replying to an offer — means you accept these terms in full. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.
You must give us accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including any companies you list, RFQs you post, and replies you send. If you suspect your account was accessed by someone else, contact support immediately so we can secure it. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. Where possible we give the account holder a chance to respond first — except for security incidents and serious abuse, where we act immediately. You can delete your account at any time from "Settings" in the dashboard. Deleting it deletes your personal data, closes the businesses you own and removes them from your control, and ends any paid subscription immediately, with no further charge. We keep payment records, without your identity, for the periods Saudi law requires. The details are on the "Delete your account" page and in the Privacy Policy.
Only list businesses you own or are authorized to represent. Don't impersonate companies you don't control. Listings must be commercial entities — not personal pages or scams. We moderate every new listing and reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these rules or Saudi commercial law.
Buy requests are commercial inquiries — not classifieds or personal ads. Don't post requests that solicit illegal goods or services, violate Saudi law, or are designed to harvest contact data from suppliers without genuine intent to buy. Rate limits apply: 3 RFQs per 24 hours, 10 per week, per buyer. Supplier replies must come from a listed company you own. Speculative replies, mass-replying with the same template across unrelated RFQs, or attempting to bypass the contact-unlock window are all violations and grounds for suspension.
Paid plans (Verified and higher) are annual subscriptions paid once, up front, and they do not renew automatically: we don't store your card details, and you are never charged except by a payment you make yourself. We remind you before your subscription ends; you can renew it manually from your dashboard at the price shown at that time, or let it end. If it ends without renewal, your business profile returns to the free plan and stays listed in the directory. Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid: we do not refund the fee, in whole or in part, or for any unused part of the subscription period — whether you cancel before it ends, don't use its benefits, or never finish uploading your verification documents. That is why the price and what the plan includes are shown to you before you pay. You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time, and its benefits stay active until the end of the paid period. If the verification documents you upload are not accepted, we tell you why, and you can upload corrected documents and resubmit them during your subscription without paying again. The same applies to ad-slot bookings: booking fees are non-refundable once paid. If your creative is not approved, we tell you why, and you can upload a corrected creative for the booked dates without paying again. The price you pay is the price shown to you on the payment page before you confirm. You receive a receipt for each payment by email when we have your address, and it also appears on the Billing page of your dashboard. Payments are processed by Tap Payments; we never store card numbers.
You own the content you publish on Fahras (company descriptions, photos, offers, etc.) and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the directory, include it in search results, and use it in transactional emails (newsletters, supplier alerts, etc.) we send on your behalf. This license ends when you delete the content from Fahras.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In messages, conversations and anything else you publish on Fahras, the following are prohibited: profanity and obscene language, harassment or threats, hate speech or discrimination, sexual content, fraud, scams or impersonation, and repeated advertising (spam). We screen messages, and every text published on public pages, automatically before it is saved, and we may refuse what breaks these rules and tell you why. In any conversation you can report it or block the other side from the conversation menu, and you can report any tazkiya, business profile, offer, job or product with the "Report" button shown on it. We review reports within 24 hours: we remove content that breaks these rules, suspend messaging for whoever is abusive, and suspend or close their account for repeated or serious abuse. Fahras is a directory plus marketplace tooling — not a guarantor of the businesses listed. We do not warrant that any listed company is solvent, will deliver as promised, or is the right partner for your project. Always do your own due diligence before signing a contract. Where Saudi consumer-protection law gives you statutory rights against us as a service provider, those rights are not affected by these terms.
We provide the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability for any claim arising out of using Fahras is capped at the amounts you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that can't be limited under Saudi law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute we can't resolve through good-faith discussion goes to the competent Saudi courts in Riyadh.
